Turn Up Tone Up Sports Academy 

Our Parks will provide 2 x FREE coached athletics sessions per week for school children (ages 5-15yrs). In partnership with Kingston Council and Places Leisure, the sessions are delivered at The Tolworth Recreation Centre and are entirely FREE for all participants . Each session lasts for 45 minutes and covers a variety of track and field events for all abilities.

CLUB DETAILS:

Dates: Every Monday (TERM TIME ONLY)
Club Time: 17:30pm - 18:15pm
Location: Tolworth Recreation Centre, Fullers Way North, Tolworth, Surrey KT6 7LQ
Age: 5 - 15yrs

Each week participants will work on their physical literacy via athletics:

• Athletics drills
• Sprints
• Mid distance
• Long distance
• Jumps 
• Field events
